We offer referral assistance with the following programs:
HEAP (Home Energy Access Program)
HEAP is a state program that provides a one-time per year utility, PG&E assistance. Family Resource Centers provide assistance in completing Heap aplications and linkage to the program.
Vallejo Neighborhood Revitalization
A comprehensive community project which improves the quality of life for residents in distressed neighborhoods
Solano Youth Connection
An early intervention/prevention program serving families with children ages -18 years old, who meet income criteria and as a place of last resort. Needs must be adequately addressed within SYC funding
ProjectCONNECT
Phone service providing immediate resources to help individuals and their families who live with a substance abuse problem
Parenting Classes/Workshops
Got kids? We can assist you with strategies to improve family relationships through referrals for ongoing parenting classes.
