The Board of Directors and the staff were saddened by the death of our Executive Director, Al Fleming, at the beginning of this year. Al was instrumental in taking the organization to a new level—reaching and helping more people and finding better ways to improve our community. He will be greatly missed.

General Description - The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, and management of the agency's resources to accomplish Fighting Back's vision and goals. Primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to) overall direction of the agency, fundraising, fiscal management, public relations, and program operations.
